"Express Yourself" vs "Born This Way"?
In a recent interview with ABC, the Queen of Pop, she did recognized the similarity of the two songs and thought that it was a wonderful way to redo one of her best selling song. Madonna thought it was interesting.
Lady Gaga even copied the idea of the music video of 'Express Yourself' with Catholic imagery, gay rights activisim, the cone bras, Madonna acknowledges it too.
Lady Gaga admitted that some of her work's inspiration have a touch of Madonna's music. It was reported that Lady Gaga once thanked Madonna to be her music influence as she grew up listening to many of Madonna's songs.
But in Madonna's recent interview when asked about the comparison of the two songs, she said that it's more reductive and to look it up.
